By accessing this Site you represent and warrant to Connecticut Condos Realty that you are a consumer who is interested in purchasing real property within the geographical area represented by Connecticut Condos Realty. You promise that you will not use this Site, in whole or in part, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use or for any purposes other than those that are personal and non-commercial.
